First Category: Self Cleaning Studs

They are always clear and visible!

1) LIGHT DOME

The first by performance is Light Dome  - it is used on Highways specially on the middle of the road and has cats eyes on one or both sides – colour as per request!  A pair of abrasion resistant glass diameter 13mm on each side are big enough to be perfectly seen! They are inserted in a rubber which is working like  a pump – when car goes through it – every time , the rubber goes down and than up and cleans the cats eyes through designed channels! Also if there is dirt or water  it springs up and cleans the cats eyes – every time! That enables always clean cat eyes! This is possible because that rubber is inserted in a metal base. That is our No 1 product to offer! Regarding installations we have cassette  to show how that could be done!
Maintenance – is very easy if the rubber is destroyed – that is not possible  as a result of cars – but during the time  rubber becomes tired and cracked  than you can just change with a new rubber in a already existing base (like LEGO – just handy) –you can not destroy the base it will last 20- 25 years!! Normal life expectation for rubber part is 5-6 years! 
Size: 240 x 140 x 55 mm only approx. 18-20 mm is looking of the road when fitted!
Compressive strength:  no limitations – even tank will not destroy that

A-2) HOLLOPHANE

A new range of road glass reflective stud! Omnidirectional reflection curb stud!
Used for road marking (axis and shores), these studs are fixed by achoring in Asphalt.
The fixing is made either by hor bitumen, or epoxy Resin. Availlable Colours:
WHITE, YELLOW, RED, GREEN, BLUE,
They are working on catadioptre optical principle. The light beams received by the bulging sphere above the roadway are focalised and concentrated, and then sent back towards the emitting source.
Material:
Tempered glass, sizes fi 100- hight 45, weight 400 gr, reflectivity 360 degrees or 180 deg., optical performances 300 mcd/lux, compression shock 40 T!

Second Category: Surface Studs

All surface Studs have the same problems :
a) reflectivity is good in the beginning later the dirt and specially in tunnels dust and dirty gases labelled the reflective surface! Cracking etc!

2) SWAROWSKY

A strong Al body with several glass beads. On the middle of the bottom is a leg which enables additional strengths when fixed to road.

A strong Alu body with several glass beads  on the middle of the bottom is a leg which enables additional strengths when fixed to road very similar to SWAROVSKI 2 only manufactured in U.S.
Price  per PCs  is aprox  GBP 5.94  or aprox (DEM 17,82).

Plastic body  with small glass beads 45 by one side!
